Converted old school building, features a Leisure Pools Absolute 12m pool with inbuilt Spa
This stunning property in South Townsville was originally a schoolhouse built in the 1950s on the same site as the nearby church. It has since been transformed into a spectacular home with skill and vision. We were thrilled to complete a design that complemented the property, honoring its era of construction while softening its appearance.
The pool featured is a Leisure Pools Absolute 12m pool, equipped with an inbuilt spa. Features include fully automated water testing and dosing system, app controll sanitation and control of spa heating and lighting, magnesium minerals. The entire pool can be fully heated and cooled, with the spa operating separately when needed.
The curves in the design pay tribute to the era, reflected in much of the furniture and kitchens from that time.
